Home to LUCs Lakeshore campus, Rogers Park borders the lake front, with over 10 beach entries so theres many lake activities to do.
Edgewater
Edgewater is only one neighborhood over from Rogers Park, so theres many activities to do nearby. Visit Berger Park cultural center, or the Lakefront between Rosemont & Granville.

Chicago Leather Archives & Museum is only $5 student admission (Devon Ave) or go see the Gerber/Hart LGBTQ Library (farther northwest - Arthur & Clark).
Looking for fun in the sun?
Osterman Beach and lighthouse (at South Edgewater lakefront), is also close to Tobey Prinz Beach Park & the painted benches (North of LUC Lakeshore campus.
Group activities? Take some friends to the New 400 theater, where LUC students can get discounted tickets! Theres also the Mundelein Center for Fine & Performing Arts located on Lakeshore campus (where again, there are student discounts for shows & entertainment)! Enjoy!

Lakeview
the Lakeview neighborhood has many activities fit for all seasons. In the summer, take part in the Lakeview Dine-Out programs or take a walk to the Lake (which is usually less than 20 minutes). Looking for indoor fun? Take some friends to a Comedy Venue (The Comedy Attic is a favorite), or out to all ballgame since Lakeview borders Wrigley stadium. (For other activities close by visit the Wrigleyville or Boystown tabs!
South Loop
Filled with lights and sights, South Loop neighborhood is closest to LUCs Water Tower campus. Here, during the day you can visit more popular sights like the Bean or Millenium park, or visit one of the many musuems nearby (usually with student discounts). The lakefront is nearby for walks or a bike ride, and then go for a drink as South Loop boasts quite a diverse nightlife!
